Shipping Information

Small orders, like ceramic fiber blankets or mortar, ship via UPS, though insulating firebrick (IFB) cannot. Larger orders go by commercial carrier, with full truckload (TL) shipments requiring a forklift for unloading. For less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, Larkin uses various carriers and offers competitive rates. Lift-gate services are available for LTL deliveries if no forklift is present, though extra fees may apply for residential drop-offs. Shipping rates depend on weight and distance, and LTL deliveries occur Monday through Friday, with limited service in remote areas.
